Amazon outage causing carrier delays
Resolved - Shipvine has processed 95% of the backlog caused by carrier API outages due to the Amazon AWS outage. Some packages may be physically delayed by one business day.

Identified - Shipvine systems are operating normally, but many carrier APIs (particularly USPS Ship, Auctane, and OnTrac) are down or experiencing high latencies due to the well-publicized Amazon AWS outage in Northern Virginia. This is causing a backlog in our shipping label queue. Additionally, Rithum Dsco is experiencing an extended outage which may cause a delay in synchronization of certain drop ship orders.
